  3. Archbishop Oscar Lipscomb's - Attempts at Defense of the position he has taken against actively defending the multi-millions of innocent people being murdered. 5. Crisis Pregnancy Center Counseling Forms used with great effect in deterring women from having abortions.

  6. Newsletters of "Life Enterprises Unlimited." These include much commentary and reference material.

  7. LEGAL - JURY NULLIFICATION ... Right of any jury to judge the law as well as the facts presented at any trial.
. . . Available Necessity Defense Arguments that were presented by both federal and state judges to Paul Hill --acting as his own attorney-- are listed along with commentary.
. . . Letters written to Judges concerning the Trials, Appeals, and pending Clemency Board hearing of Paul Jennings Hill.

. . . Correspondence with Chief District Judge Charles R. Butler, Jr., concerning F.A.C.E. lawsuit by abortionist Dr. Bruce Lucero against anti-abortionist Father David C. Trosch. (Additional documents included with associated general mailing are attached and includes a Constitutional Argument for recognition of Unborn Personhood.) The law suit was adjudicated in favor of Fr. Trosch. Dr. Lucero's appeal has been dropped.

  • Decree and First Effort - (This opinion document was not used as the initial position of Archbishop Lipscomb) - Archbishop Lipscomb's cover letter for transmittal of (unjust) Decree of removal of parish assignment ( October 29, 1993 ). Also transmitted is the initial theological reflection ( October 21, 1993 ) submitted in defense of Archbishop Lipscomb's position by a reputed theologian - Father Michael J. Walsh - who is said to be highly respected by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops (NCCB). (NOTE: The arguments used herein could be used to justify the people of Germany, from the mid 1930's to the mid 1940's, for their failure to take an active roll against the slaughter of 16 million people (approximately six million of which were ethnic Jews).
  • Cover Letter - dated 12/10/93 to interactive rebuttal sent to Archbishop Lipscomb concerning his pastoral letter against the justifiable defense arguments presented for the purpose of defending the lives of innocent children. 7. LEGAL

  • JURY NULLIFICATION - Justice in America is following along the path of truth and morality. Justice is rapidly becoming a means to protect what might be called "acceptable depravity." By law of the land members of any jury are empowered to not only judge the guilt or innocence of the defendant, but also are called upon to judge the validity of the law as is being applied in the case being adjudicated. Simply put, if the law under which the defendant is being prosecuted is unjust or is not being correctly applied to the defendant, then the defendant is innocent. This is the power of a just jury. It is lawful. It is called "JURY NULLIFICATION." There is a need for juries to understand their power. Unjust judges often prohibit attorneys from informing juries of their power. Read this article and educate others.
