Keels, Coordinator Re: Clemency Review, Paul Jennings Hill, Case # 94-3510. Members of Clemency Board: Who is to blame? Who should be found guilty for the moral corruption and decay of society? A corrupt society finds the innocent guilty and lets the guilty continue their freedom. This has been true from early ages. Many question the existence of God. Others say that a merciful God would never send anyone to eternal punishment. Some even say that Jesus wiped away all sin and therefore there is total forgiveness for whatever we might do wrong. If we take the gamble and bet upon there being no God, or that He is all merciful and would never send anyone to Hell, or that there is no Hell, and we are wrong, then we will suffer eternal damnation. Since eternity is forever it is a foolish risk. After death, when the truth becomes undeniable, there will be no turning back. No longer will we be able to ask God for forgiveness for our sins. On the other hand if we believe in what is right and just, according to the will of God, and it turns out that there is no God, we have lost nothing. Further, we have the incontestable satisfaction of knowing that we have made the effort to serve others. This alone can be a very great reward for walking in the path of justice. Few however will ever understand, much less appreciate, this concept. There is everything to lose, and little to gain, by not walking on the path of justice; by not following in the footsteps of Jesus. Jesus gave up all of the pleasures of this life for the good of others. He gained everything. He is Lord of the universe. He won for us the opportunity to enter the gates of Heaven and share directly with Him the abundant joys of eternal life. He won the opportunity for truly repentant sinners to receive the mercy of forgiveness through His salvific act. To obtain this mercy we must recognize the power, the authority, and the justice of God and, with change of heart, desire to benefit from His great mercy. "Many are called, but few are chosen." Few are willing to turn from the things of this life in belief of the greater benefits of the next life. It is the age old and continuing question of which is of more value, materialism or a positive relationship with God. Or, stating the question more simply, "Who or what is my God?" (Thou shalt not have strange gods before me.) Paul Jennings Hill has made his choice. He clearly has shown that he believes that values of the next life far outweigh those of this life. His preemptive action is well founded in moral theology. He has established this fact in his own writings based on his studies of Scripture, his seminary training, and by sound reasoning. Extensive additional civil, philosophical, and moral studies are available via the content of the Internet world wide web site listed in the letterhead.. You should clearly understand that those who have prosecuted and found Paul Hill guilty of
murder are subjects of judgement to perdition. This is extended to include all judges and others at the
district and state levels who have failed not only to release Paul but are continuing to process him for unjust
execution. Truth can be either relative to one's own desires and beliefs, or can be real, that is, based upon authentic teaching from a defined source. The Internet web site information is for those who have an open mind to definable, reasonable, and provable truth. There is no moral crime in opposing or breaking unjust state or federal laws. To be guilty of the crime of murder, one must knowingly and willingly have taken the life of an innocent person. There is no moral or just sense of the word in which either Dr. Britton or Mr. Barrett can be classified as innocent. On the other hand there is no guilt, in the sight of God, in the act committed by Mr. Paul Jennings Hill. Dr. John Britton knowingly and willingly committed murder for hire, advertized the fact, and had been doing so for many years. Mr. James Barrett served knowingly and willingly as transporter and defender of a known murderer. As such he was a direct accomplice and therefore can only be classified as a guilty person. Neither of them can, in justice, be classified as an innocent person. The web site makes available the information to clearly establish this position as fact. Apart from the question of human death is the question of the psychological destructiveness brought upon women procuring abortions and the subsequent devastating effect this has on their families, friends, coworkers and on society as a whole. Imagine for yourself the effect of abortion upon women -designed by nature to bear, nurture, and love children-- who come to the realization --after the average denial period of eight years-- that they have had their own babies murdered inside of their own bodies. Post Abortion [Trauma] Syndrome is dealt with in the PAS section of the web site. PAS is equated with and is more complex and more ravaging than the post traumatic stress syndrome of combat veterans. Many additional references and testimonials are available including personal, up front, presentations by those continuing in the experience. NOTE: The destructive effects of abortion begin before the denial period ends. Psychological destructiveness vastly exceeds the many physical consequences of abortion. The truths in the web site have been found so offensive to pro choice (abortion) women that they have, by diligent coordinated effort, had the web site removed from its initial service provider and are attempting to have it terminated from a second. They do not attempt to discuss or argue as to the accuracy of its content. They disagree with the premise of life from conception, but realize they are unable to argue with the validity of the presentation for those who believe. They recognize the long term effect the argumentation, on the site, is apt to have and want it shut down. They do not want incontestible proof published against their hard won civil right to murder and to be promiscuous. The position that life begins at birth, or sometime thereafter, is also held by an abortion doctor who has unsuccessfully sued me under federal FACE statutes. He disagrees with the premise of humanity at conception, but otherwise acknowledges the argumentation is incontestable. See LEU News & Notes, under Publications, for information. See Legal, under Publications, for argument documentation. People of faith understand that neither state nor federal law can, under any circumstance, supercede God's law. However the acceptance of this position is difficult for those focused on mortal existence. Anyone who unrelentingly rejects the position will spend eternity in Hell. It is understood that clemency board members are not apt to have the courage to listen too and accept the positions presented on the web site. However, this letter is presented in the hope that among the board members there will be at least one who will listen and thereby save their soul. Keep in mind that passive agreement is not sufficient for salvation. I do not appeal for clemency for Paul Hill because he has committed no morally punishable crime against the state. His motivation was similar to that of his icon John Brown, --a news reporters comparison is on the web site-- the abolitionist who opposed black slavery. Paul believes that his execution will be sufficient motivation for multitudes of fence straddlers to become active against abortion. In this he may well be correct. Only time and history will make the determination as to the validity of his position. If right reason prevails, you will not only reject the death penalty for Paul Hill, but you will seek his release and acknowledge that he was unjustly tried and subsequently unjustly confined for terminating the lives of practicing, violent, well known, and well established murderers. Paul Hill has demonstrated his courage. Judges and multitudes of others have thus far only demonstrated cowardice or culpable ignorance for which they some day will be judged. Will even one board member have the courage to make a presentation favoring Paul Hill?
