I had understood that you would be contacting me by this past weekend or at least by early this week. As I have not yet heard from you I am enclosing some materials which I had gathered to give you. They are in regard to the question of "Justifiable Homicide." As of the present time I have not received from you, or from any other source, information on true Church teachings which in any way show me to be in error.

Please, if you have such information, let me have the authoritative references you have stated will support your position. If you have nothing to support your position, except possible loss of Church tax exempt status, I believe you should restore my faculties and return me to my position in St. John's parish without further delay. I do not want this situation to become worse than it is presently.

I will be expecting to be hearing from you soon.
