The arguments encompass scientific, moral and constitutional positions. I have myself been sued by an abortionist whose primary goal was probably intimidation. In my case justice was at least partially served in that the verdict was in my favor. On behalf of others I have written to other judges on different occasions and I have followed verdicts in relation to abortion for a number of years. In general, no matter how good righteous argumentation may be, it has been established that in most cases, particularly in critical ones, the decisions have been adverse to human life and to those who by one means or another have acted in defense of the innocent. It is no longer my intention to use logic and morality to defend the innocent who are being murdered or persecuted. My intention now is to offer a series of Masses --the highest form of Catholic petition to God-- for the intention that God soon terminates the lives of unrepentant unjust judges and justices. The legal system was developed to protect the innocent from legislative and executive tyranny. But, instead it has become the principal tyrant. Please keep in mind that these participations in the one redemptive offering of Jesus, the Son of God, is focused upon unrepentant sinners. My recommendation is that those entities acting offensively quickly repent before it is too late. God will judge the sincerity of their repentance. The series of Masses will begin being offered during Thanksgiving week. The objective of the Masses concerns those who value unjust civil law and evil over justice as known in the will of God the Father. Note: Part of the petition of these Masses is that God's judgement comes either at His own hand or the hands of avenging angels; not at the hands of living human beings.
