Of Concern -
Reality Check - I earnestly seek to respond to all letters with particular statements or questions as soon as I am able. Please keep in mind however that I do respond on a basis of noted urgency. The following is a response to a writer from Scotland who opposes direct defense of the unborn.
He confesses that abortion is murder but denies just defense for the unborn: Denial, i.e., close mindedness, of people at all levels of society and religion, probably coupled with a high degree of selfishness, is responsible for the continued public approval of the greatest crime of our century. Few people of religion or in pro-life work deny that abortion is murder -- though it seems some American catholic bishops are now abandoning this position in order to accommodate the pro-abortion element of society. But the word "murder" seems to have different meanings according to how one wants to apply the term. Correctly speaking murder is the deliberate killing of an innocent human being. In normal parlance and in a society of truth and justice it means the unlawful taking of human life. The problem is that few people seem to be able to distinguish the difference between just and unjust laws. Most people are just as willing to obey unjust laws as they are just ones. In opposition to God's will, most people are morally neutral. Michael Griffin, who was convicted of killing Dr. David Gunn in Pensacola, Florida, has recently changed his long held belief which favored justifiable homicide. He has made reference to Romans 13 which refers to obedience to civil authorities. In my wildest dreams I can't imagine either Jesus or St. Paul ever meaning that we must be obedient to laws of unjust civil authority which permit the willful taking of innocent human life. If this were the case however, then similarly, without stretch of the imagination, the atrocities of Dr. Josef Mengele were justly allowed to continue by the German people who had knowledge of his horrendous activities and could have acted against him. Without the knowledge and practice of justice, no one is allowed to enter Heaven. This was strongly emphasized by Jesus in the Gospels. 2. Life Depends on the Free Will of the Mother - If one were only to take into consideration the life of one particular baby the above statement might well be considered true. But what is sure is that the life of the particular baby was saved for at least that one day and probably for several days into the future. More importantly, the concern is not about the life of any one baby. The elimination of a known practicing killer, or accomplices, of hundreds if not thousands of innocent babies stops the deaths that day of 20 to 40 or more scheduled victims. The traumatic death of an abortion provider causes some of the mothers to have a permanent change of heart concerning their abortions. At least some of the innocent babies will be permanently spared the agony of a cruel death. Other mothers, upon hearing of what has occurred, will never make the decision to have their babies destroyed. It is very narrow minded to focus on the life of only one baby when the lives of so many are at stake both immediately and over a prolonged period of time. 3. Rescuers Prolong the Life of the Baby - 4. The Importance of Justice - 5. Abortionists Deserve the Opportunity for Another concern I often hear expressed is that a murderer's death renders him incapable of repentance and reparation. While it is agreed that the soul is of inestimable value, there are values of justice which cannot be set aside. Nowhere in Scripture is the life of an unjust person given preference, by just authority, to the life of a just person. The life and higher rights (values) of an innocent person always has priority over the guilty. The suffering and deaths of specified prophets, Jesus, and chosen saints were of highest order of service to mankind according to the will of God the Father, but, were not exceptions to this rule. Moses killed an Egyptian soldier who was injuring a slave. Ananias and his wife Sapphira were killed at the feet of St. Peter following his words of doom. They were not given the chance for repentance. Their sin? Giving only part of their freely given commitment to God. Some sins, for the sake of example and justice, call for immediate action. Others wait upon judgement day. Incarceration - Cartoons: Available FREE - XINNIS - The Confessions of a Clinic Bomber

S248 as alleged elsewhere in complaint. We are also being sued for damages, the plaintiffs have sustained and are sustaining, etc. under Ala. Code SS-6-5-120 through 6-5-125 and the common law. Plaintiff Bruce Lucero, M.D., states he is a doctor who provides reproductive health services, which include abortion. Here I am sure he does not mean to imply that his services are healthy for the innocent human beings he is (morally speaking) murdering. His complaint in my regard is that I have traveled all over the country, including the Birmingham, Alabama area (where he has his facility), "where he (me) has threatened and continues to threaten anyone who provides or seeks to obtain reproductive health services, with death or what he calls `justifiable homicide', and has personally threatened to kill Dr. Lucero himself." (- Untrue -) Other than being on the Geraldo show with him and six others in early October of 1994--he sat next to me--I have never to my knowledge been near him, his facility, his house, or anyone associated with him in any way. While I do believe that he and all other practicing abortionists for hire should be executed under just law, and, further believe that should an abortion provider be injured or killed in any war zone, de facto if not de jure established by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973, it would be a justifiably moral act. (Note: His lawsuit declares the need for a "demilitarized zone." In making this statement he acknowledges his agreement with the above de facto statement.) I further believe that any soldier of God who might be immorally captured because of such act should be set free as he would have been morally acting in just defense of the unborn, i.e., saving the lives of innocent human persons. My religious beliefs are protected by the amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Article 1. Further, my public statements in regard to such beliefs are also protected by this same amendment. At no time have I directed any particular or personal animosity toward any abortion practitioner. Any statements I have made were always intended to be general in nature in order to emphasize my religious, Scriptural, and Catholic Church supported beliefs. These beliefs are in regard to the great moral evil of purchased abortion. Such purchases have already claimed millions of lives of full human beings in an early defenseless stage of human development. Amendment Article 1 states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." It should be further noted that I have long been publishing my faith beliefs. These speech statements have further been presented by the public media and press. The Geraldo show, other radio and television presentations, newspapers and magazines are all a part of the news press. He is therefore also suing me against the same aforementioned article of the Constitution which guarantees the freedom of the press. We were a sea of babies as far as the eye could see, all crying "save us." We never got to know our mommies or what they were like. We are yet not happy and safe in Jesus' arms. We are the babies you never knew. If you took us all and put us together, We are now trying to serve Jesus and His Father in a strange and different way. We ask you to please give our brothers and sisters, But, all washed their hands of us even as we cried, We never got to know our mommies or what they were like. We are yet not happy and safe in Jesus' arms. We are the babies you never knew. If you took us all and put us together, We are now trying to serve Jesus and His Father in a strange and different way. We ask you to please give our brothers and sisters, who know, love, and serve God.
