Governmental Injustice -
An anti-abortion activist, Regina Dinwiddie of Kansas City, was recently charged under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act of 1994. Following the sentencing of Paul Hill she declared to the judge, "This man is innocent and his blood will be on your hands, the hands of the people of the state of Florida and on the jury." In another place her and her mother's testimony was declared to be without creditability because they were considered to be zealots (Note: One of the apostles was called Simon the zealot). The testimony of two persons who profit from abortion were deemed to have testimony which was "completely credible."

Incarceration -
Randall Terry is now serving time in Federal Prison for violating a court order to not show candidate Bill Clinton an aborted baby. He was found guilty of aiding and abetting the man who actually showed the aborted baby to Clinton.

Dan Gibson is spending 37 months on work release for conspiracy to defraud the government. Dan is a rescuer who runs a school that teaches pro-life Christians how to defend themselves in court. He was singled out and prosecuted for this in a highly illegal trial.

Bodies, Sex, and Babies -
A 22 year old woman, Lisa Buckner of Mobile, recently wrote a letter to the editor of the Mobile Press Register complaining about people with a holier-than-thou attitude who had the audacity to tell her or other women what they need to do with their bodies. She stated that she was pro-choice and believes that teen-age girls are not physically or mentally ready to have sex, much less have babies.

Question: Is a pre-born person with a different genetic identity and possibly with a different sex and blood type, etc. a part of its mother's body like a heart or a lung, a finger or a foot, or is he or she a separate individual residing in a temporary home receiving natural shelter, warmth, nourishment and hopefully protection?

Would it be wrong for a woman to cut off an arm or a leg without sufficient reason? Such an action would be considered gravely immoral. In our present age a person's own mother's womb is the most dangerous and violent place one is ever apt to live.

If Lisa Buckner is correct (and I do not agree with her) in saying that teen-age girls are not physically or mentally able to have sex, much less have babies, then I believe that a practice, or even laws, should be established similar to those of past eras when young girls were chaperoned. This would be true particularly at times during their monthly cycles when their hormones are taking charge of their minds and encouraging them:

1) to enhance and display their assets,
2) to engage in conversation with members of opposite sex,
3) to cuddle or snuggle with an acceptable male.

I believe that this aspect of hormonal activity in women, particularly young women whose minds are still immature, is little recognized. A woman needs to understand her vulnerability during periods of heightened desire for social activity particularly when unmarried or around a man who is not her husband. Pre-menopausal women, particularly those with young daughters, should evaluate their own cyclic emotions, ambitions, desires in relation to men and also the noticeable actions of their teenage daughter(s) for a cycle or two. I believe that those with good moral values will become far more restrictive in regard to their daughter's social freedom. For research purposes it would be good if records were kept and a summary of findings forwarded to this office. These findings would then be forwarded to sociologists, etc. upon request. Commentaries or questions will be appreciated.

Fathers should also be aware of their daughters natural desire for affection and not misconstrue it as a desire for sexual activity. They should keep their own instincts under control and see to it that their daughters are protected from their own vulnerability.

The Biblical proscriptions in regard to incest should always be clearly kept in mind. Sons, while still young enough to be open to learning regarding sexual matters should be taught these proscriptions. Sexual activity is always to be taken seriously. It should never be made the topic for jokes or spoken of lightly.

In our enlightened age we still fail to recognize the natural rhythms of the body which are designed by God for the purpose of procreation. Self-control, i.e., self-restraint, should be taught and practiced even during marriage. The admonitions of Scripture (Lev 15:19, 24,25,28; 18:19; 20:18; 15:18) make it clear that self-control is to be practiced regularly during marriage. Lack of the practice of regular self-control on the part of males is responsible for many unhappy homes and marriages.

Human Myopia -
At least 50% of the population of America believes that the killing of a preborn baby is murder. Murder is the taking of innocent human life, i.e., an innocent human being / person. 100% of the population, at least those with any degree of rationality, understands that abortion is at the very least the killing of living human tissue.

Pro-abortion / pro-choice enthusiasts have convinced the government that it is alright to kill (murder, depending upon point of view) living human cells with RNA, DNA, i.e., full genetic identity, that is or would unquestionably become a human person at least at birth. Granted their is disagreement as to when human personhood begins, but, the concern which has not been adequately addressed, regardless of ones beliefs, is, "Why is it acceptable to kill known human life when their is no proof that human personhood does not exist?"

The Church, the pro-life movement, and society as a whole are caught up with unreasonable pacifism. We recognize the horrors of war and tell ourselves that we want to avoid conflict no matter the cost to other human life so long as it is not ourselves or those who are near us that are being affected. Christians as a whole are neither Quakers nor Mennonites who have traditionally professed absolute pacifism. The degree of peace we presently enjoy exists because our forbearers were willing to fight great wars to bring a higher degree of justice into the world than already existed. Having become comfortable with the security we possess, which was fought for by our ancestors, we are now unwilling to fight for the justice due to others. Our leaders are too often caught up in the humanness of our lives. They give us what we ask for knowing full well that future generations will suffer because of our present selfishness.

Our Church leaders have greatest culpability. They were ordained to be pastors who would protect their flocks from the invasion of evil influences even if it meant their own persecution as spoken of in the Sermon on the Mount (Mat 5:9-12). However, these very pastors are the ones who have opened the door to evil by their continuing silence. Worst of all they have failed to purge their own ranks of unbelievers (Antichrists). Truth has become passe. The lies of silence prevail.

Popular misconceptions --
Following the shootings in Brookline, Massachusetts I have been interviewed by many newspaper reporters, been nationwide on many radio talk shows, and have participated in a variety of local and national T.V. programs. There are common statements made and questions asked as follows:

1. We are living in a democracy and should handle our disagreements through the lawful political system.

Comment: When the disagreement concerns the legal murder of over 4,000 innocent human beings each day, it is not reasonable to wait ten or twenty or more years until justice is obtained for the unborn through a political process. Over thirty million innocent brothers and sisters have already been murdered while well meaning Christians and other pro-lifers(?) have continually failed by using "civil" means. Those who claim to be pro-life and can let their innocent brothers and sisters be murdered each day had better quickly re-examine their own relationship with God and eternal life. Cowards do not enter Heaven. (Rev 21:8)

2. Democracy vs morality. Question: Who is it that can pass the sentence of eternal damnation upon members of the human race? Should unjust civil law take precedence over just moral law?

3. The fetus is a part of a woman's body and women should have the right of control over their own bodies. Note: See section entitled Bodies, Sex & Babies and refer to the Question section and the following paragraph.

4. It is wrong to murder abortion providers, they are innocent persons. Comment: Practicing abortion providers are understood to be murderers by at least half of the population. The religious teachings of most of these people affirm this as truth. The government has interfered with clear religious beliefs in opposition to the concept of separation of Church and State according to the Constitution. The government has condoned the murder of the unborn. To kill someone who is known to have committed or participated in murder in the past in defense of those about to be murdered is not theologically to be considered murder, but rather falls into the category of defense of the innocent, a meritorious act.

Commentary taken from article, In Defense of Others, published in Life Advocate magazine, Oct. 1993: "The word "kill" (ratsach) in the 5th/6th Commandment is one of seven Hebrew words in the Old Testament (OT) used to describe the taking of life in one way or another. It is important to define the specific meaning of this word to determine if this Law was actually violated by Paul Hill, Shelley Shannon, and Michael Griffin.

Ratsach appears 47 times in the OT. It is never used in the context of legitimate war, or in the case of self-defense (Ex 22:2), accidental killing (Dt 19:5), or in the execution of a person who has forfeited his life by "shedding man's blood" (Gn 9:6). It is also not used in the text describing how Moses slayed the Egyptian taskmaster (Ex 2:12). All of these Scriptures use a different word not found in the Sixth Commandment. And clearly Scripture supports certain kinds of killing as viscerally regrettable but righteous nevertheless.

The word, ratsach, does refer to killing for revenge (Nm 35:27, 30), and the premeditated killing of an innocent person (2 Kings 6:32). Therefore, when the Word says, "It is mine to avenge, I will repay, says the Lord" (Rom 12:19) there is a direct connection and precaution against usurping the role of God that relates directly to this Sixth Commandment. Only two lines later there is a designation as to whom God has delegated authority to in order to avenge wrongs done (Rom 13:1). The government then, and not the individual, has the right to punish for past offenses. Likewise, there is a similar pattern in Scripture that condemns those like abortionists who "lie in wait for some one's blood" (Prov 1:11), and it is specified that "The Lord hates... hands that shed innocent blood" (Prov 6:17)."

The deaths of abortion providers may morally be considered as permanently rendering them incapable of murdering innocent preborn babies. If there is a better way to immediately accomplish the goal of defending the innocent then I encourage it to be published and practiced immediately.

5. Dr. Pamela Maraldo, President of Planned Parenthood the largest abortion provider in the America, has called for and end to the climate of fear and violence. Comment: If she is sincere she would immediately stop causing the unborn to fear the invasion of a suction tube into their home. A tube which is intended to subject them to the violence of being torn limb from limb. This is what the unborn are being subjected to on a daily basis.

6. Freedom of personal choice. Comment: The type of choice they desire is to be able to murder the unborn with impunity. There is no choice allowed for those incapable of speaking out in their own defense to protest against cruel injustice.

7. Access must be maintained to women's health services. Comment: General women's health services are available from many sources including the government which often makes them free to the poor. The primary service of abortion clinics is abortion for profit of providers. The babies health is not given any consideration.

8. The anti-aborts are a small extremist group imposing violence on the rest of us. Comment: This statement in effect states that all but a very small group favors abortion and that the small groups' primary interest is violence rather than the saving of innocent human life.

Information Request -
Life Dynamics is seeking court, medical, and police records, newspaper articles, etc. about women who have been injured or killed during an abortion. Also of interest is information about bizarre, outrageous, and criminal behavior committed by abortionists. Please send all available information as soon as possible and we will see to it that it gets into the right hands.

Because of the recent shootings in Brookline, Mass. I have not yet had the opportunity to finish setting up a computer bulletin board service (BBS). More on this in our next issue.

Contributions (a tithe from those who do not have pastors actively defending the innocent in the womb) are needed in order for this ministry to be sustained and grow. Public education is costly.

Many thanks to all who have contributed this past month. Your continued support however is still needed and valued. If you desire your donations to be tax deductible please make your check to Life Enterprises Unlimited (or LEU). If you know of others who would be interested in receiving this newsletter, please list their names and addresses on a separate sheet and mail it at your earliest convenience.

T.V. Appearance -
On January 20th I was taped for the first program of a new Christian T.V. series called "Vital Issues." It will be aired on Tuesday, Feb. 7th at 7:00 pm and again on Saturday, Feb. 11th at 1:00 pm in Alabama and Tennessee on stations carrying Sonlight Broadcasting Systems programs. It may later appear nationwide on TBN or other Christian stations.

Restraining Order -
Five people plus myself, and all other individuals, associations, and organizations whose legal identities are otherwise unknown to the petitioners at this time with whom Respondents are actually or are attempting to injure, intimidate, or interfere with persons seeking to obtain or provide reproductive health services by force, or threat of force, or by physical obstruction in violation of Federal Law, are respondents. A temporary restraining order has been granted which keeps us at least 25 feet from Dr. Bruce Lucero, of Birmingham, AL, his clinic or his patients seeking reproductive health services. It was dated 1/20/95.

Quotable - Anarchy, the absence of (just) government and a state of lawlessness (morally speaking), is inherent in the pro-choice position. No anti-abortionist desires freedom from just law or government.

The hand of God is with us from the moment of conception.
We were created to be brothers & sisters of Jesus.
