The following incontrovertible points are made and later validated in this document.

1. All secular clergy have always had the moral right to marry provided certain conditions are met. Legal prohibitions against marriage are not binding and tantamount to heresy.
   • Religious order priests due to the nature of their calling may not marry but do have the right to transfer to secular clergy status and then marry under prescribed conditions.
2. The following must be kept in mind:
   • Sacred Scripture in its entirety is the Word of God.
     • "Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place." [Mt. 5:18]
     • "All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for refutation, for correction, and for training in righteousness," [2 Tim. 3:16] ? Paul was referring to the Old Testament as the New Testament had not as yet been fully expounded or codified.
3. Priests may only marry a Catholic woman who is a virgin.
   • "The priest shall marry a virgin. Not a widow or a woman who has been divorced or a woman who has lost her honor as a prostitute, but a virgin, taken from his own people, shall he marry;" [Lev. 21:13-14]
4. Members of the clergy may marry only once. (Could be seen as inclusive:  sexual intercourse is permitted with no more than one woman during his lifetime.)
   •     "Therefore, a bishop must be irreproachable, married only once, temperate, self-controlled, decent, hospitable, able to teach, not a drunkard, not aggressive, but gentle, not contentious, not a lover of money. He must manage his own household well, keeping his children under control with perfect dignity; for if a man does not know how to manage his own household, how can he take care of the church of God? He should not be a recent convert, so that he may not become conceited and thus incur the devil's punishment." [1 Tim. 3:2-6]
   •     "For this reason I left you in Crete so that you might set right what remains to be done and appoint presbyters in every town, as I directed you, on condition that a man be blameless, married only once, with believing children who are not accused of licentiousness or rebellious. For a bishop as God's steward must be blameless, not arrogant, not irritable, not a drunkard, not aggressive, not greedy for sordid gain," [Titus 1:5-7]
5. Abstinence from sexual intercourse must be observed during the wife's menstrual period and for seven days thereafter. [See Leviticus 12-20 and Exekiel 18-36] Sexual abstinence must also be kept for seven days following the birth of a son, and for fourteen days following the birth of a daughter. There are also other mandates concerning sexual abstinence and an allowance for limited abstinence, with mutual consent, solely for the temporary purpose of prayer. [1 Cor. 7:5]
6. There are limitations set in both the Old Testament and in the New Testament as to who is acceptable for priesthood. [1 Tim. 3:2-13; Titus 1:5-10]
7. Women considered to be eligible for marriage to a cleric are subject to the following parameters and other conditions:
       "Similarly, (too,) women should adorn themselves with proper conduct, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hairstyles and gold ornaments, or pearls, or expensive clothes, but rather, as befits women who profess reverence for God, with good deeds. A woman must receive instruction silently and under complete control. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man. She must be quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. Further, Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and transgressed. But she will be saved through motherhood, provided women persevere in faith and love and holiness, with self-control." [1 Tim. 2:9-15;  Peter 3:1-6]

        Consideration could be given to setting up religious orders or societies of virgins desirous of, or willing to marry a priest. Such groups could serve as training ground concerning responsibilities and duties associated with wives of priests. These groups could also serve as a sanctuary for widows of clerics and their children.

        It was early in the second millennium that the Latin (Western) Rite of the Church prohibited clergy to marry in contradiction to the clear and irreversible teachings found in the writings of Saint Paul in the authenticated New Testament:

"Do we not have the right to take along a Christian wife,
as do the rest of the apostles,
and the brothers of the Lord, and Kephas?" [1 Cor. 9:5]

"but because of cases of immorality every man
should have his own wife (singular),
and every woman her own husband." [1 Cor. 7:2]

"Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the last times some will turn away from the faith by paying attention to deceitful spirits and demonic instructions through the hypocrisy of liars with branded consciences. They forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth." [1 Tim. 4:1-3]

        As popes do not have the authority to compromise or nullify the Word of God, the Latin Rite rule against marriage of priests is deemed invalid and heretical.

The foregoing passages do not infer that every priest (man)
must get married for Saint Paul also says:

    "This I say by way of concession, however, not as a command. Indeed,
I wish everyone to be as I am, but each has a particular gift from God,
one of one kind and one of another. Now to the unmarried and to widows,
I say: it is a good thing for them to remain as they are, as I do,
but if they cannot exercise self-control they should marry,
for it is better to marry than to be on fire." [1 Cor. 7:6-9]

        In the Gospels Jesus also gave recognition to the value of celibate life:

"Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so;
  some, because they were made so by others;
  some, because they have renounced marriage
  for the sake of the kingdom of heaven.
Whoever can accept this ought to accept it." [Mt. 19:12]

        A still valid condition regarding marriage of priests was given in the Old Testament:

    "The priest shall marry a virgin. Not a widow or a woman
who has been divorced or a woman who has lost her honor
as a prostitute, but a virgin, taken from his own people
(New Covenant: a Catholic), shall he marry;" [Lv. 21:13f]

        This command not only protects the sanctity of the priesthood but also stresses the importance, the value of virginity. The effect of this command would be seen as placing a value on the teaching against engaging in premarital sexual union.

St. Paul laid down the following restrictions concerning marriage; conditions that apply to all clerics. They are stipulations that might be further expanded upon but never diminished:

    "Therefore, a bishop must be irreproachable, married only once, temperate, self-controlled, decent, hospitable, able to teach," [1 Tim. 3:2]

    "For this reason I left you in Crete so that you might set right what remains to be done and appoint presbyters (priests) in every town, as I directed you, on condition that a man be blameless, married only once, with believing children who are not accused of licentiousness or rebellious." [Titus 1:5-6]

    "Deacons may be married only once and must manage their children and their households well." [1 Tim. 3:12]

        Some have questioned the impact this might have upon a man whose wife dies prematurely. To have a proper relationship with God one must develop self-restraint; the practice of self-control. To this end the following still valid command was given in the Pentateuch and referenced often throughout the Old Testament. The reason that it was never referred to in the Gospels or the rest of the New Testament is simply that the command was so well established and understood that it was not subject to question.

    "When a woman has her menstrual flow, she shall be in a state of impurity for seven days. Anyone who touches her shall be unclean until evening." [Lv. 15:19]

    "If a man dares to lie with her, he contracts her impurity and shall be unclean for seven days; every bed on which he then lies also becomes unclean." [Lv. 15:24]

    "You shall not approach a woman to have intercourse with her while she is unclean from menstruation." [Lv. 18:19] This is given in the form of a commandment.

    "If a man lies in sexual intercourse with a woman during her menstrual period, both of them shall be cut off from their people, because they have laid bare the flowing fountain of her blood." [Lv. 20:18 ]

    "if he does not eat on the mountains, nor raise his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel; if he does not defile his neighbor's wife, nor have relations with a woman in her menstrual period;" [Eze. 18:6] The seriousness of the command is clearly seen in this association with false gods and adultery.

    "Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their land, they defiled it by their conduct and deeds. In my sight their conduct was like the defilement of a menstruous woman." [Eze. 36:17] This statement of God was made during a period of warranted Hebrew exile from the promised land due to grievous sins committed by the Israelites.

        Admonitions against sexual intercourse during a woman's menstrual period and subsequent restricted days has all but been ignored by most of today's Christians. Self-control is believed by many to be unobtainable. The failure of priests to teach the need for self-control leads to many sins and constitutes for them a sin of omission.

        A byproduct of lack of self-restraint and disassociation with the intended goal of the sexual faculty is birth control. It should be noted that Catholics throughout much of the world are practicing birth control to such a degree that currently first world Catholic births are well below replacement level. Observing the period of restriction for sexual activity places a woman into her fertile period when she is considered approved for sexual copulation. This fact helps to fulfill the initial command of God to "be fruitful and multiply," a command that is clearly not being observed today and is the reason for the high numbers that are being eternally condemned. Other prescriptions for the development of sexual self-control also exist.

        While it is strongly believed that many high Church officials are in league with the Illuminati and higher echelons associated with Freemasonry, it should be understood that the effectiveness of this infiltration is reinforced by the presence of large numbers in the presbyterate (priesthood) with deviant / disassociative /deceptive behaviors.⁷  While homosexual problems are recorded in the very early Church their strength is not believed to have been much of a problem until after the Latin Rite ruling against married clergy was promulgated. It seems clear that by the time of Michelangelo⁵ homosexuals had become fairly well established within the hierarchy of the Church.

        A doctrine of automatic excommunication ?that excludes absolution of any cleric or religious not permanently severed from their religious association? should be proclaimed. A bishop who in anyway attempts to shelter or otherwise protect an automatically excommunicated cleric or religious should himself come under the sentence of automatic excommunication and be subjected to the same restrictions as offenders. It should also be incumbent upon a bishop to publicly excommunicate priests who are known to have committed grave sexual offenses.

        Canon Law should make it clear that absolution may not be given to or if given is invalid in regard to clerics, religious, and ministers of the Church guilty of a crime of sodomy, pedophilia, adultery, or sacrilege (concerning consecrated chastity) until they are permanently separated from such positions. It must further be made clear that sexual crimes of Church ministers made with someone under twenty years of age are to be reported to both civil and religious authorities in regard to anyone remaining in Church ministry and that the seal of the sacrament does not apply under these circumstances. A condition of absolution for all parties, in relation to the above, should be a requirement for reporting publicly the names of religious and ministerial culprits. NOTE:  False accusations are crimes so great that no earthly penalty should be deemed as being too great.

        In the Old Testament a man with a physical defect was prohibited from priestly service.

    "The LORD said to Moses, "Speak to Aaron and tell him: None of your descendants, of whatever generation, who has any defect shall come forward to offer up the food of his God." [Lv. 21:16-23] Aaron was the first priest in the first generation of priesthood established in the service of the true God.

        Moral or systemic spiritual defects such as homosexuality, pedophilia, and other sexual disorders should be seen as being of graver concern.

"Entry into the clerical state should further be restricted ⁷ to those
without confusion about sexual orientation or identity; without childish
interests and behavior; without extremes in developmental sexual
experiences; without a personal history of childhood sexual abuse
and / or deviant sexual experiences; and those without an excessively
passive, dependent, or conforming personality." ³

        While many homosexuals and others with disordered conditions have above average intelligence, and have talents that may seem useful in priestly ministry, it should be recognized that they –even in denial– instinctively know that homosexuality is a disordered condition and that society as a whole frowns upon it. They also know that active homosexuals are soundly condemned in the Word of God. They are further aware of the Gospel admonition to take the log out one's own eye first before trying to take the speck out of someone else's eye.

    "Why do you notice the splinter in your brother's eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove that splinter from your eye,' while the wooden beam is in your eye? You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother's eye." [Mt. 7:3-5]

        For this reason it should be understood that homosexual priests who preach the Word of God are extremely careful to avoid the appearance of condemning the actions of another as they instinctively sense or feel their own disordered condition. This sensitivity commonly prevents them from effectively preaching the Word of God in the footsteps of Jesus. The extreme is reached when they avoid any teaching that concerns the temporal and eternal destructiveness of sin. The desire not to acknowledge the presence of one's innate sense of truth does not prevent such sense of truth from being present. Many will select passages that easily lend themselves to misinterpretation:

    "Be merciful, just as (also) your Father is merciful. "Stop judging and you will not be judged. Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven." [Lk. 6:36-37]  Note: 1.) There is no automatic granting of mercy to any culpable individual.  2.) God is the ultimate judge although He has given priests the obligation to judge in the Sacrament of Penance (reconciliation).  3.) God is the only one capable of condemning.  4.) An offended party is to forgive when forgiveness is sincerely requested and appropriated restitution has been made. Internally one is always to forgive and not hold a grudge but, depending upon the offense, may seek restitution.

    "We have come to know and to believe in the love God has for us. God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him." [1 Jn. 4:16]  For a proper understanding of the phrase, "God is love," go to: http://www.trosch.org/the/love.html

        Such passages as these when taken out of the perspective of the whole of Sacred Scripture are extremely misleading to those who are impaired in mind and heart.

        It should readily be understood that sinners will solicit, support, protect, and elevate sinners in conformity with their own standards and will not act justly toward those who are opposed to sin, including depraved conduct. The homosexuality factor ⁷ and other associating deviant behaviors such as pregnancy avoidance and pre-birth child murder have developed humanism in homiletic presentations (sermons). The content of homilies, due to the prevalence of homosexual priests that in turn affects non-homosexual priests, has been greatly diminished and often has lost any real sense of truth.

        No pope has the authority to oppose, contradict, or change direction in regard to any matter concerning faith and morals, or the universal disciplinary teachings of the Church that have their foundation in Sacred Scripture, properly validated councils, and other doctrinal teachings. ? A sign of a true doctrine is that it does not oppose the teachings of Sacred Scripture, "The Word of God."  Subjective interpretations of doctrines must be avoided. Scripture must be understood as a consecutive whole and not taken out of context.

"And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church,
and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it.
I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven.
Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven;
and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." [Mt. 16:18f]

        This passage defines the authority of the papacy and is permanently binding. As properly understood it refers to doctrinally authenticated developments and also to discipline in the Church not established in Sacred Scripture. The whole of Scripture and also universally applicable doctrine, as defined and authenticated concerning matters of faith and morals, are non-diminishable and irreversible.

        A true pope has additional responsibility for developing needed discipline in the Church and has corresponding responsibility to see that doctrine and discipline in the Church is maintained. Church developed discipline, not associated with doctrine, that is found to be no longer applicable, counterproductive, ruinous, or can be improved upon can be terminated, reversed, diminished, or advanced.
