Men and Women
Natural Differences – Obligations – Spiritual Equality
Many women have come to believe that they are equal to men in the work force. That they are on a par with men and are as mentally capable as men in those tasks which have been assigned to men by God.
In the human world there are both automobiles and ships. Both are good but to say that they are equal or have the same overall abilities would be ludicrous. Man has designed tricycles, bicycles, motorcycles, cars, buses, trucks, trailers, tractors, jet-skis, passenger ships, cargo ships, barges, tankers, aircraft carriers, battle ships, helicopters, fighter planes, airliners, and so forth. Each vessel is designed to fulfill a need. While vessels at times are used for different purposes, and a few are multi-purpose, efficiency is lost.
The concept is that men are not as good as or better at doing those things which women have been designed to do. Any one of sufficient reason should be capable of understanding that women are not on a par with men in regard to those things which men have been designed by God to do. It should be kept in mind that an ocean going vessel, is not an aircraft, and is not a land vehicle. To the degree each one serves its designers purpose they are equal in the sight of the designer.
A woman is created to serve her every day life at the visual or external level of being.
Women are not often seriously paid attention to by men, other women (trivia aside), or teenagers (and sometimes younger). A father, husband, or other suitable male is commonly most suitable to evaluate available knowledge that is necessary for the making of spiritual decisions relating to good and bad, right and wrong, truth and justice. Men therefore have a strong moral obligation in this regard to wife and to children of both sexes.
Girls need male influence for spiritual development, particularly above the age of seven. Boys above the age of three also need a very strong and moral father figure to learn from and to emulate, not only concerning the spiritual but also as to what it means to be a man in life. These are things which women cannot realistically do. Men must not contrarily be influenced by woman's fluid speech, rote knowledge and facade or appearance of understanding and wisdom.
By nature women are best suited for teaching basic repetitive type skills of life, of speech, of personal care, while men are more adapted to teach the more advanced skills. Qualified men of approximately 50 years of age or older should strongly consider a second career of teaching beginning with the forth grade. Men are better able to convey underlying messages and to handle variables when presented.
Women are adapt at conveying acquired knowledge but not the underlying meanings necessary for full development. With primarily a surface knowledge of subjects she is only capable of transmitting facts as she has learned them and has difficulties when variables arise.
A woman lives in three worlds. The World of Children, the World of Women, and the World of Men. For best fulfillment she needs to be associated with all three worlds as each has special significance for her.
Because of her association with the world of men she must adapt and appear to be conversant with men at their level, though in practice it is not reality. Her belief, or the appearance that she is functioning at man's level is deceptive and confusing to many men.
A woman's relationship to man at man's level is mostly superficial with few exceptions. These exceptions are in limited areas and do not apply to an overall relationship. A woman has strong need to associate by communication and can be quite deceptive as to her actual interest, knowledge, and motivations. NOTE: In clearly defined or routine employment woman can adequately function, but in the long term the overall system deteriorates.
Women best serve God with their family skills in the context of family. Men best serve God in relation to what comes naturally to them in the world, while maintaining strong family association and responsibility.
Both men and women have specialized qualities that when used in harmony advance the knowledge and abilities of the other. Both have the necessary ability to make spiritual choices. Both men and women must accept their natural differences. They must understand that these differences serve God's purposes and do not give spiritual preference to members of either sex.
Personal talents and desires have little or nothing to do with the particular purposes God has designed into each sex. While there are limited exceptions to the general rule, the content of the rule remains and can not be altered because someone thinks that what God has done was unfair.
Pro-spouse abuse, pro-child abuse - included herein would be anyone who takes the position that a person of the opposite sex, a different race, a different mental or physical level, the elderly, the young – do not hold for that reason as good a position in the sight of God as those who are deemed in human thought processes to be less qualified.
Mutual love: Man - Woman?
Women are generally compulsive talkers and many will talk about any knowledge which they possess often without regard to confidentiality or depth of understanding.
The following is quoted from the column of the editorial page editor, Frances Coleman, of the Mobile Register on 9 August 1998:
"I speak as a female who has spent many an hour at slumber parties and bridal showers, in girls dormitories and gym dressing rooms, listening in awe to shared confidences. I am here to tell you that a goodly number of women will tell each other anything, including details of their sex lives, with no apparent fear that the listener will repeat what was said."
A woman has need for asking questions, and by nature she will do so, unless belittled or ridiculed in some way. Conversely, a man has the obligation to give sound answers to a woman in submission, or to obtaining them for her and explaining them in a fashion that she can understand.
Bible Quote: "A woman should be silent in Church and ask her husband at home what she does not understand."
Subordination does not mean that women are to be treated like slaves. Women have natural rights and there is a requirement for justice in their regard.
A woman needs to be submissive to her husband in matters not opposed to faith and morals.
In matters other than faith and morals a woman is to accept the decisions of her husband as final. Moral priests are the proper interpreters of matters pertaining to faith and morals.
The problem for men to learn is that they must be able to control and be masters of their desires in regard to the sexual appeal of women. Women must learn to accept that they are mentally, as well as psychologically dependant upon men in this life. Both men and women must learn to accept personal responsibility for their relationship with God.
Men and women compliment each other as follows:
Women are primarily surface oriented, in a sense shallow, that is, looking at what is readily observable or sensible. Men on the other hand seeing the surface as ordinary tend to ignore the obvious, dealing with it routinely, and spend more time on that which is not readily seen or ascertainable.
Women desire to see and otherwise directly sense reality. Men on the other hand seek more the esoteric and to varying degrees are less sensitive to reality.
Woman is more easily guided, even controlled, by emotion. Man is more apt to be guided by reason. Either man or woman can be controlled by pride, lust, envy, sloth, vanity, etc.
Emotions have good value but must be guided or controlled by sound reasoning. Emotions can emphasize the seriousness of a condition. Reason by itself may not as quickly recognize the seriousness or depth of a problem.
Women in certain areas of life have enhanced natural instincts which men largely tend to put aside. Woman desires to be like man, but in this life does not have many of his qualities.
She must be content with what she is and accept reasonable submission. She must procede in her daily tasks assigned to her by nature. Her honesty and sincerity in accepting daily tasks natural to her design brings her salvation and ultimate equality with man in the next life, when both have served God faithfully.
It is well established that when one is lacking in a particular sense other senses are heightened or enhanced to replace the lost sense or attributes. As part of their natural ability for reason, men should investigate what is presented through the heightened senses or attributes of women.
