CONSTITUTIONAL ARGUMENT

with ENTITLEMENT to FULL PROTECTION
OF the LAW.

Articles in addition TO, and AMENDMENT of the CONSTITUTION
of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, PROPOSED by CONGRESS
and RATIFIED by the LEGISLATURES of the SEVERAL STATES,
PURSUANT to the FIFTH ARTICLE
of the ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION.
Article XIV.
SECTION 1. All or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;
nor shall any State deprive
, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to ANY Person
within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The reference to "all persons born" clearly RESPECTS the existence of in addition to the class of people referred to as born persons.
The two references to "any PERSON" are not restrictive to citizens of the United States of America. It would equally include traveling persons, alien persons in residence, and persons not yet born. It is clear that the personhood of fetuses is hereby established and that these preborn persons residing in the jurisdiction of the United States of America have constitutional protection as to their right to life and equal protection under the laws of this nation.

No shall be held to answer for a CAPITAL, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without ( ) due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

WHY PERSONHOOD MUST EXIST

FROM CONCEPTION
The following events begin for each intelligent being – person – at the instant of conception:
- Assimilation of existence of being.
- Growth through gradual awareness and knowledge of parts.
- Learning to control the existence of life.
Life begins assimilating data at the instant of conception which is also the instant of ensoulment. It should be apparent that if bonding between body and soul (life force) does not take place in the instant of initial formation, the soul would not tolerate union with the body. The body would be seen as an incomprehensible substance. The body would be considered as foreign and would be rejected. The soul must be united with the body at the very instant of conception in order for a relationship between body and soul (life) to be properly established. The learning process, the ability to deal with life, must have origin.
Reflection: Try imagining yourself – as an intellectual being – as having been raised to the age of twenty in a totally artificial and neutral environment, that is, without light, sound, or any form of learning. Then imagine yourself being released from this condition in the heart of New York City at high noon on the busiest day of the year.
What would happen?
The probability is that you would either die from fright, go instantly mad, or be killed in traffic since you would have no understanding of danger.
THE EFFECT OF ABORTION
The essential being (soul) is eternal. The interruption of the learning process through termination of the mortal aspect of being leaves the essence of spiritual being in quandary. Further, it can no longer participate in the experience of learning in the form designed to bring it to its fullest potential. It must thenceforth gain knowledge, understanding and wisdom through some type of lesser delineation. Such spiritual being will never be capable of fully sharing at the highest level of being with the Triune God. (It is in the human form that intellectual beings are best able to reach their fullest potential. NOTE: Jesus chose the human form for material existence, it should be accepted that no better form of being exists that would initialize the maximum potential for development.) Intentional abortion robs an individual of reaching its designed potential. Grave guilt is encapsulated.
