If it cannot be proven that a person does not exist, then what is known to exist must be accepted as a person!

The Supreme Court of the United States does not have the authority to redefine the Constitution.  In their Roe vs. Wade and Doe vs. Bolton decisions the justices of the Supreme Court both illegally and immorally redefined the Constitution.  The effect of their decisions is that voiceless and defenseless persons are without protection in regard to their most priceless possession – LIFE.

When science states that the life of a human being begins at conception, and the two largest religions in the world acknowledge this as an article of faith, and many other religions concur, then judges, elected government officials, and police officials are guilty of murder when they allow innocent human life to be killed with impunity at any time following the instant of conception.

Since the existence of an immortal spirit can neither be proven nor disproved by science, then arguments concerning the existence of a spirit cannot legally be factored into a just legal decision.

Unjust actions of a Supreme Court must be treated as null and void.  A grave condition for future voting should be that a candidate be willing to seek impeachment of unjust Supreme Court justices, whether at the state or national level.  It should be clear to any true believer that any court decision against the unborn or against their legitimate defense makes them guilty of being direct accomplices in murder.  Voting for political candidates who are pro-choice and are therefore accomplices in murder makes the voter guilty of murder as an accomplice.

Those who are concerned about over population should understand that in God's sight a lesser crime would be committed by taking away all traffic laws, penalties for murder, safety regulations, and government reimbursed health insurance than allowing the taking of the life of any innocent human being through a civilly legal act of abortion.
