        Paul Hill has been sentenced to death for defending fully innocent pre born human beings. His actions, known as justifiable homicide to honest believers in the Word of God, were against a murderer --Dr. John Britton-- and his driver/escort/guard --James Barrett, an accomplice.

PAUL JENNINGS HILL - 2nd to fully defend the innocent against future acts by an active aggressor who was clearly unjust; a cold blooded murderer. A former Presbyterian minister on death row who killed two abortion providers and saved many innocent children. He understood his unselfish defensive act --even though he had to leave behind a young wife and three young children-- to be just in God's sight.
        Paul was convicted in both federal and state courts for two counts of murder and one count of wounding an escort. He was convicted for the deaths of Dr. John Britton --who flew in regularly from Fernandina Beach, Florida, for his activities against the unborn-- and his normally armed escort, retired Air Force Lt. Col. James Barrett in Pensacola, Florida, U.S.A., at the "Ladies Center, Inc." on 29 July 1994.
        Paul was inspired by the shooting death of Dr. David Gunn in March 1993 and the wounding of Dr. George Tiller in Wichita, Kansas in September 1993.
        John Brown, the Abolitionist was a hero to Paul Hill. The news article entitled "Making martyrs" compares the activities of Paul Hill to those of John Brown. Paul emulated what he understood to be the philosophy of Brown who believed that the only way to motivate people was by direct and, to the degree necessary, violent action.

Six reasons abortion is condemned and should be considered Murder:
1. Logically –
   • All life has a beginning.
   • That which is not living does not grow.
   • Intelligent Life –Personhood– must exist from conception onward..
2. Medically –
   • Doctors can determine the sex of a child while in the womb.
   • Various surgeries are performed on unborn children.
   • Through technology doctors can keep babies alive outside of the womb after about four months of gestation.
3. Scientifically –
   • a living egg and a living sperm are joined in a petri dish.
   • the living fertilized egg can then be implanted into a surrogate mother.
   • the born baby has the genetics of the egg and sperm donors.
4. Morally –
   • God commanded all humanity to "be fertile and multiply." [Gn. 1:28; 9:1,7]
   • Do not shed innocent blood.
     • Do not look on him with pity, but purge from Israel –people of faith– the stain of shedding innocent blood, that you may prosper. [Dt. 19:13]
     • Shedding innocent blood, the blood of their own sons and daughters, Whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, desecrating the land with bloodshed. [Ps. 106:38]
   • There are six things the LORD hates, yes, seven are an abomination to him;
     1. Haughty eyes,
     2. a lying tongue,
     3. and hands that shed innocent blood;
     4. A heart that plots wicked schemes,
     5. feet that run swiftly to evil,
     6. The false witness who utters lies,
     7. and he who sows discord among brothers. [Prov. 6:16-19]
   • Their feet run to evil, and they are quick to shed innocent blood; Their thoughts are destructive thoughts, plunder and ruin are on their highways. [Is. 59:7]
5. Legally –
   • The Constitution of the United States grants citizenship –effectively acknowledging that human life already exists– when a baby is either born in America or is the child of an American citizen.
   • The Constitution states that humans have the protection of law whether citizens or not.
   • Whether one is capable of speaking or taking care of oneself has no bearing on one's human existence.
6. Spiritually – the essence of life is spirit
   • Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones: See! I will bring spirit into you, that you may come to life. [Ez. 37:5]
   • WE are created in the image and likeness of the Triune God.
     • Then God said: "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and the cattle, and over all the wild animals and all the creatures that crawl on the ground." [Gn. 1:26]
   • The Human Spirit is Complete at its Inception. A person only gains knowledge, understanding, and wisdom with the passage of time. The intellect is fully active. Following creation, the human spirit's intelligence is fully occupied associating with his or her rapidly forming human body. Each spirit is aware of and sensitive to its bodily encasement from conception onward.
   "A voice was heard in Ramah,
   sobbing and loud lamentation;
   Rachel weeping for her children,
   and she would not be consoled,

        Murder is the taking the life of an innocent human being from the instant of conception onward. One who kills a practicing murderer –known to have the intention of soon committing further murders– is, morally speaking, nothing more than a defender of innocent human beings. Justifiable homicide killings are legal in all states and nations. (Note that in the article justifiable killings are not called murders) The following are morally either murderers or accomplices therein:

1. Every abortionist. (71% of all abortions were provided at abortion clinics, 22% at other clinics, 5% at hospitals and 2% at private physicians' offices.)
2. Woman having an abortion unless she is literally being forced to have an abortion against her stated or what should be her presumed will.
3. Entire staff of an abortionist including security personnel.
4. Anyone who pays for an abortion.
5. Anyone who, when possible, fails to try to deter a woman known to be seeking an abortion.
6. One who drives or accompanies a woman to have an abortion.
7. Directors, givers of financial support (individual, institutional, and governmental), personnel of organizations such as Planned Parenthood and the Alan Guttmacher Institute.
8. One who approves of a wife, girl friend or other sex partner, daughter, or granddaughter having an abortion.
9. Pastors and other ministers who do not openly and effectively teach against abortion.
10. Doctors, associates, and participants in in vitro fertilization.
11. Fetal experimenters.
12. Sperm and egg donors.
13. Cloning researchers and other forms of research that does not have natural child birth as an end result 100% of the time.
14. All government officials who promote, accept, or protect any of the above practices.
15. Voters supporting the candidacy of persons as above or are indifferent to their positions on abortion, etc.

        The killing of a person or persons guilty of a first degree crime, that warrants execution according to Biblical directives, should never be guilty of anything beyond the lesser crime of taking the law into ones own hands; and then only if legal authorities would have acted promptly to save said innocent life.
