Don Benny Anderson, POLITICAL PRISONER, has been illegally imprisoned for 15-years as of
Nov. 24, 1997. Total of unconstitutional penalties 77-years! Father of nine he will be 57 on Dec. 19, 1997. The government believed Don wrote an Epistle to President Reagan demanding he uphold his oath of office and to defend life, liberty, and justice and demanded he stop legalized abortions on August 18, 1982 by executive order legislation. Reagan's agents in retaliation had Don railroaded in kangaroo courts.
Case # 82-50031: Judge, William L. Beatty, Southern District of Illinois, 750 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, IL 62201. No evidence on court tape recordings that defendants aided and abetted a demand or acted in a conspiracy to demand that Dr. Zevallos permanently close the Hope Clinic for Women or that anyone obtained the clinic from him by extortion as charged. Commerce was not affected by alleged threats. Beatty refused to tell Don how he committed the fictional federal crimes and sentenced him to 30-years to silence him! No Federal court denies they are imposter courts with secret seals including "Court of Appeals" and "Supreme Court" and Public Law 94-412, 1976 terminated statutes and they were never Constitutionally reenacted for entire nation! { Federal subject matter jurisdiction was terminated! ]
Case # CRC 83-O27O8CFANO: Judge, Gerard J. O'Brien, Jr., Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida in and for Pinellas County, 5100-144th Avenue North, Clearwater, FL 34620. No evidence on court tape recordings, that Don committed arson setting fire to St. Petersburg Women's Health Center and the Bread and Roses Clinic. No written Plea agreement signed by both the State and Don. Neither the State or Don under oath swore he set the fires on record. No trial by jury! No presentence report done before the unlawful convictions and sentences totaling 30-years were imposed!
Case # CR-83-159-A: Judge, James C. Cacheris, Eastern District of Virginia, P.O. Box 21449, Alexandria, VA 22320-2449. No evidence on court tape recordings that Don traveled to Virginia to commit arson or bombed an abortion clinic or building involved in interstate commerce or acted in an unlawful conspiracy. Prosecutor presented no evidence Don committed any crime anywhere! Don denied he committed any crime. Plea agreement voided. Don was told he would have to stand trial. Don informed the judge the prosecutor had told him that he was going to say
he was only an accessary after the fact. Prosecutor never stated Don committed any particular crime charged. No trial held. Unlawful convictions and sentences totaled 12-years. To be run consecutive to other sentences being served. By motion of US to be entered without Don's consent.
Case # 315053: Judge Jimmy James, in the 248th District Court of Harris County, Houston, Texas. Indictment obtained by a "rubber stamp" grand jury. It did not lay jurisdiction on the court. It failed to allege facts to support essential elements of a crime. NO OFFENSE ALLEGED! Charge: Securing Execution of Document by Deception. IT DID NOT STATE WHAT DOCUMENT WAS OBTAINED BY DECEPTION OR HOW! County microfilm records were tampered with to try to give the impression grand jury did attach a document. (staple holes in indictment) Court
will not provide grand jury or trial transcripts of tape recordings. Former ATF agent, Richard Brooks, testified the person making the accusation, who had signed a notarized document, never indicated to him in anyway that any document was secured by deception. Notary Public not called as State witness! A conviction and sentence of 5-years was imposed unlawfully and unconstitutionally. Don has been informed the crime does not even carry a 5-year sentence. Court will not confirm or deny
it. Court was informed the FBI may be looking into case, transcripts were then destroyed. NO CLAIM BY COURT STATUTE LEGALLY ENACTED! Sentencing Judge Woody R. Densen.
As a result of these numerous trumped-up charges and being in prison for years Don is without resources to obtain his freedom. The cost of litigation has made it impossible for him to obtain his freedom. Courts do not refute his claims in his motions point by point according to law. Plainly and bluntly he is being legally ignored, hidden from the public to cover up the political kidnapping of Don.
Abortion is murder: there is no other way to describe the legalized torture and murder of innocent and unborn children. . .not for Don Benny Anderson. Born in Springfield, IL near the home of Abraham Lincoln, Don stands for the simple traditions that made America great and famous: God, Love, Liberty, Justice, and life for all: yes, life for all. Especially for the 1.5 million babies that are
butchered-murdered-every year. Yet, because of Don's values and traditions, he was persecuted and imprisoned. For his moral righteousness and consciousness, he received sentences that total more than most murders receive: that is incredible. In fact, that is outrageous!! The American Justice system has turned against Don, righteousness, God, our Constitution and America: now the American people must right this wrong.
For the exterminated infants in a mother's womb, the road of life was short and cruel: a few days, a month. . .two or three. But for Don, the road has been long, hostile, frustrating, and often futile. It has been a feud against the Justice system that legalized murder-abortion-and a personal struggle to uphold the will of God, saving not only the lives of the unborn, but also to restore and help
preserve what remains of the Constitution, which is held together only by a microscopic thread, the inalienable right to life. Don has sacrificed his life, freedom and family. There is no question that Don Benny Anderson has set the standard for the highest ideal for mankind. The only thread of hope for America's children comes through the extreme suffering that Don is currently experiencing. Don stated, "This murdering wrong must be righted." And that has been his struggle: to uphold the value of human life and the American Constitution. For that, he has been persecuted.
A VOICE CRIES OUT! Like Moses, Don is God's Messenger. Through Don, our children's hope for Life and Liberty may be realized through the burning message he sent to President Reagan for God: "LET MY CHILDREN LIVE!" These words will echo throughout time and history as do the famous words of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. And, just as Lincoln fought evil and injustice for all mankind, so does Don Benny Anderson. Don is a living monument of love; giving his life so others
can live. He has become a symbol for all to admire and follow, emulate and rally around.
Yes, we all must put our love to the test. Do we allow Don to die in prison? He has fought against our social evil because of his faith and love in God and Country. It is now time that the American people stand together to afford Don Anderson FAIR and honest trials. Don needs our help and support. Thousands of dollars have to be raised for new trials: trials for our future children. . .that is the real trial!!! Make your LOVE CONTRIBUTION a gift from the heart. Give freely
for God's fight through Don Benny Anderson. He who does not help another human in stress, destroys the bridge that gaps humanity: and who could represent humanity more than Don Anderson? Let our riches not be the good of life, but an instrument for life. Only you can save the
